Step 1.  Draw a circle for Vexy's head then a small half bottle shape for her body. You will then sketch in the facial guidelines, then proceed to step two.

Step 2.  The first thing you will do here is draw the shape of her face which is pretty simple because it's rounded. When that is done you can draw her straight style short hair that is kind of grungy looking. Make sure the ends are pointed.

Step 3.  We will utilize the facial guidelines to draw in the shapes of her big eyes. Make sure the top lid line is thick or bold, then draw in the eyebrows. Next, sketch the shape of her nose, then draw in her smile and lips. Don't forget to add those lashes.

Step 4.  Vexy's face is all done but we still need to add a few things to her head. The first thing we need to do is draw in the cone shaped Smurf hat, then draw in her ear. Add detailing inside the ear, then sketch in some root definition to her scalp. Add more hair ends to the left side of her face.

Step 5.  Almost done people. Draw Vexy's neck shape followed by her shoulders, torso and arms. Lastly for this step you will need to draw the Smurf hands, then add the lining to create the top part of her dress.

Step 6.  Lastly, finish the dress off, then draw a beaded like belt around her waist and add some pleats to her skirt. Horizontal stripes run across her torso as well. Erase the mistakes and you're done.
